	:: Maurizio Angelini Degree in Engineering, Rome University. Over 22 years of consulting experience and 3 years of corporate experience. Founder of ArKYmede (2003), where he manages IT Strategy, Organizational & Process Redesign, and Management Training projects. Previously, he worked for about 10 years in Ernst & Young Consultants (later Cap Gemini). With the role of Vice President, he was in charge of the provision and coordination of consulting services in the Oil market for 2 major State-owned companies. Previously, he was Partner and Director of Genesis, consulting and training company. In this period, he managed consulting and training activities in MonteShell, Olivetti, Finsiel, HP and Alitalia. From 1980 to 1991, he was Partner of Praxi, in charge of large reorganization and business valuation projects. Early in his career, he worked for about 3 years for engineering company Condotte d’Acqua.

	:: Paolo Schiavone Degree in Mathematics, Naples University. In ArKYmede he oversees IT Strategy projects within the Telco sector. He worked for 10 years as Senior Manager in Ernst & Young Consultants, gaining a significant experience in Program & Project Management, as well as ERP-based Process Reengineering for Procurement, Logistics, CRM, Personnel, Administration and Management Control. He headed the organization and strategic planning of IT systems in a number of major Italian and foreign companies. He is a training expert on Project Management, Budgeting and Project Control Management, Process Reengineering and Package Enabled Reengineering. Previously, he worked in Italsiel as Project Manager of the IT development project for Cassa Nazionale degli Ingegneri e Architetti.

	:: Pasquale Tirocchi Degree in Economics and Sociology, Rome University. In ArKYmede he oversees Territorial Marketing projects within central and local Public Administration bodies. Over 10 year experience in business consulting and, more specifically, in Business Process Redesign and Change Management targeted on new IT solutions within Administration, Finance and Management Control projects. Consultant for Public Administration institutions, with a wide experience in process design for European Community institutions, Territorial Marketing and Public Accounting. He was Senior Consultant in Accenture and Kpmg MC, where he gained an extensive experience in Project Management, ERP solution-based Process Reengineering, and worked with large Oil and Media clients. Training expert in Corporate Organization and Management, Business Process Reengineering, Project Management and Benchmarking. Previously, he worked in the Knowledge Management division of Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A., in charge of consulting package development for SMEs and Public Administrations.

	:: Grazia Paolino Geiger Degree in Psychology, Rome University. Enrolled in Rome’s Register of Psychologists. Enrolled in Rome’s Register of Psychotherapists. Certified consultant for the Court of Rome. Member of AIAMC (Italian association for behavioral change and therapy). ACC Coach - Enrolled in ICF and FCI (American and Italian Coaching Federations). In ArKYmede she oversees Change Management and Corporate Climate Analysis projects. For over 25 years, she worked as business consultant and carried out training and employee recruiting in a number of consulting and training companies. She is an Executive Coaching expert. She has her own private practice and works as cognitive-behavioral psychologist.

	:: Carlo Messineo Degree in Electronic Engineering, Rome University. In ArKYmede he oversees ICT projects within Public Administration. Over 10 year experience in different marketing and management positions. Program and Project Management expert with a wide experience gained in complex projects such as ATM network implementation in airports, metering system monitoring for the gas network of a large distributor and lighting system telecontrol via GPRS for a major Electric power producer. As of January 2006 he is a certified member of the PM Institute.
